Chen Jianguang emphasized that: First, handle the relationship between the market and the scene properly. We should firmly establish the principle of "On-site Circular Market", prioritize "Premium Project Delivery and Lean Construction", continuously strengthen foundational management and enhance delivery capabilities to build trust, earn reputation, and polish brand, thereby accumulating market goodwill and securing pre-qualification advantages for future bids. Second, handle the relationship between investment and public bidding properly. We should continuously enhance the public bidding capabilities for projects, breaking the inertia of over-reliance on investment-driven order acquisition, establish a competition model centered by public bidding and supplemented by investment, and constantly enhance technical strength, project delivery capabilities and business management capabilities to build core competitiveness in the market. Third, handle the relationship between risks and returns properly. We should balance the risks and returns, heightening risk awareness, strengthening analysis and judgment, preparing contingency plans, and consolidating the foundation for high-quality development. Fourth, handle the relationship between compliance management and marketing properly. We should attach equal importance to compliant operation and proactive market expansion, unwaveringly promote law-based corporate governance, firmly hold the bottom line of marketing, and effectively guarantee the sustainable and healthy corporate development. Fifth, handle the relationship between "Positional Warfare" and "Guerrilla Warfare" properly. We should enhance exchange and collaboration with sister subsidiaries within China MCC, fully utilize “Five-link Cooperation”, actively leverage the integrated competitive advantages of the whole industrial chain of China MCC, jointly achieving breakthroughs in domestic and international markets.
Chen Jianguang also emphasized that we should further implement China Minmetals's directives on study and education of Central Eight Regulations, proactively transform work conduct and cultivate new norms, invigorate professional dedication, and accelerate China MCC to achieve the "One Goal, Two Best, Five Strengths" goals through fine conducts.
